I liked the location a lot, the room itself was actually nice the bed was comfortable, it was pretty loud from outside but still comfortable
Good air conditioning
Staff really really nice and let me hold my bags there, helped me with the stairs carrying bags
Bathroom was not good, water had a bad smell, water didn’t drain properly from showers, bathroom very uncomfortable bad water pressure, it made me change hotels because I couldn’t handle the bathroom shower situation which was a shame because I loved the location and room otherwise
My room was also the very top floor room, really uncomfortable flights of stairs to carry anything, if you’re drinking in HCMC be very careful you will fall down the stairs if given a top room

It was super clean, great location, and the staff was very helpful.
It wasn’t a problem for us at all, but there were quite a few stairs to get to our room. It might be difficult for some.

Everything! Staff were very lovely and constantly communicated local recommendations. Free laundry was handed back to us within an hour which was incredibly kind. Location is right in the middle of the action but the accommodation feels tucked away and private. Bed was so comfortable and the aircon worked perfectly.
Bathroom layout was a little funky, the whole thing worked like a wet room so don’t leave anything in there that you don’t want wet! Also only stairs, fine for us but if you need accessibility maybe not.

The location was great and the free laundry service was exceptional! The staff were friendly as well.
I could hear almost everything outside my door and outside the building from my room. It’s also 4 levels up with no elevator.
