The Carabanchel Episode

The facilities are really great, but there are 2 things that ruined the mood a bit. First, during the check in there were a large queue, and it took forever to get our keys, because all the guests had to fill in our personal data in the tablet. You have the option to scan our documents and fill it in yourself, or do automatic fill in, and then we could just simply add a phone number or email, that would be much faster then typing everything you've already scanned! Also, it's quite common to do an online check-in beforehand. And with such a big facility, that would make a difference! Second, not enough small things to make the stay comfortable. We had a room with a small kitchen, with all the utensils, but! No washing soap or sponge or towel for the kitchen... So how can we wash our plates? The same goes for the bathroom: only towels and a bottle of washing gel, no additional cups or shampoo... I would expect more comfort for such price.

Custo Beneficio, acabou que saiu caro pela localização.

Atendimento deixou a desejar, o quarto não tinha TV, funciona como uma republica, onde muitos jovens moram.
