Room size is suitable for couple or go with friend but staff are warm-welcome and nearby MTR also Red tea restaurant

pros:
1. very convenient location, 2/3mins of walking to train station.
2. Surrounded by restaurants, convenient stores and malls
3. Decor and design is new, room is small but considerably okay for 1 person
4. No bathtubs which I appreciate
Cons:
1. Central A/C, user can’t adjust the wind level and it is very noisy even disturb sleeping.
2. Bed length is definitely not enough for an adult male
3. There is a female front desk cldnt speak nor understand simple English.
4. Room cleaning is a big issue. I found my bed wasn’t tidied up, used towels haven’t been collected nor refilled cleaned ones. Floor is the same dirty before I left. Instead of ringing bell, staff just opened room’s door straightly and left me 2 towels.

The location is good, very near to TST station. Besides of the hotel there is Cha chan t’eng. Given the room full with smoking smell, the glass door of the room’s toilet can’t close. Staff is friendly and helpful

Overall is good but the room a little bit small for 3 adults. But considered it spacious location which is just 1 minutes walk from the train station. I will recommend this hotel.
