This was very poor. Firstly, there was a failure to send me details for entry, and I later received an apology for this. I had to make a phone call and send a text via Booking.com before I could get the info I needed and it took more than a half-hour, which is both tiring and a waste of time.
A better arrival routine. Even when I eventually got the info it was still difficult to find and display on my phone. It could have been so, so much simpler.

Apartment is quite spacious, is very well equipped, there is a shuttle bus to the gondola near the main complex building.
The apartment was not clean, poor arriving instructions written only in french.
