The location primarily as we came for medical treatment so location suited that and close to family. We were granted a late checkout which was greatly appreciated. Also the small things were appreciated such as shampoo conditioner etc as it was a last minute trip/ booking and had not packed any of these personal items.

There were bugs flying around in the apartment when we checked. No fly screen or lock for balcony door. We weren’t able to allow fresh air in. Understand the windows open out so can’t have fly screens there however the sliding door fly screen would be appropriate. Air conditioner and TV remotes were temperamental. We needed to constantly switch the batteries around to use the air con or tv. Given the heat during the month of Jan it was very difficult, especially considering we paid upwards of $6900.00 for 13 days. Attention to these small details should be addressed especially at those prices. Also, 2 out of the 4 stove burners worked. Makes it difficult to cook. Again a minor issue however given the price, these issues matter and should be attended to.

Location was great

Heating in the apartment didn’t work. When I reached out to the owners or management they were very slow to reply. It was incredibly cold. Also very loud you could hear all the street noise & neighbours which made it difficult to sleep
