Very clean with all the equipment needed in the apartment, new decoration, hot water and good kitchen. The owner is available for questions fast.
The apartment is located in a very old residence building on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The environment is not so pleasant, the stove were locked for 1 day so we couldn't cook until we figured out how to unlock it ( the owner didn't know how ) the heat was controlled by the owner so we needed to ask if we wanted to chance it..

No elevator, no Air-condition - for us it was not a problem even in August
