Perfect cosy cottage in a great location

Lovely cosy cottage which was warm and inviting on arrival. Beautifully decorated. Coffee tea and milk provided along with crisps and chocolate which was a nice touch. Very comfy beds and quiet road so no noise. Great location near restaurants and shops and very near salt mill.

A very enjoyable,relaxing stay in a lovely cottage .

I liked nearly everything ,very clean ,very comfy beds ,it was lovely and warm .Really nice bath and shower and the kitchen had everything you wanted .A nice touch was the fresh milk and an assortment of goodies left for us on arrival . A very cosy cottage

The only thing which was a slight negative was the noisy neighbours,who occasionally made quite a bit of loud noise .But they didn’t spoil what was a lovely stay overall .

Fabulous little cottage in Salts Mill with all local amenities & historic sites within a short walk

Keys were in a lock box on front door but happened to arrive as hosts were leaving after preparing for our stay so had a personal hand over. Property was in perfect location for our stay in Saltaire, it felt very fresh & clean, all facilities were as described and working well. Just a shame we weren't there for longer to take advantage of all facilities. Adam & Jo had even left tea, coffee & milk to kick off the booking even leaving a couple of Saltaire Blond beers! Hosts were friendly and welcoming and I would not have any hesitation in making a return visit or recommending this property.

Parking was a bit tight but did manage to get outside the cottage. Nothing the hosts could do about it as its purely down to the area and the fact these properties were not built with cars in mind.

Beautiful and comfortable stay

Beautifully set house just by Saltaire Station and Salts Mill. The house was very clean, comfortable and had all the necessities for a short stay, even a small bottle of milk in the fridge. Highly recommend staying and I will definitely book again when visiting family.

The house was a quite cold when we arrived but once we turned the heat on it was very comfortable. A bit more wood for the stove would be a recommendation as we had to buy a bag of logs but were staying just 2 nights.

Lovely cottage located right in the middle of Saltaire.

Small cosy 2 double bedroomed characterful cottage with everything you could need. It is located 5 minutes from the Saltaire Arts centre and good rest inside it . David Hockney works of Art, an Antiques centre and a modern home living section and about 3 restaurants, but they are not open in the evening. It is near the canal and park, 5 minutes to some lovely artsy shops and a bakery. We went to a wonderful unassuming restaurant called the Pepper Mill, and had a delicious set 3 course meal, you must go. Saltaire also has its only station minutes away, which will take you north to the Dales or to Leeds etc, we did not hear the trains. We arrived by train so not sure about parking, although there was a free carpark a little further away. The owners were also very helpful when we wanted to check out half an hour later and quick to respond.

The towels were good, but I would have liked larger bath sheets.

The cottage was in a great location walking distance to all saltaire has to offer It was immaculately presented and had everything we needed

Perfect location, beautiful house, very happy!!

I booked this cottage for my dad who was travelling from the USA for our wedding. The hosts were so kind and friendly and couldn't do enough to support us. The house was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well connected to local amenities. We were married at Victoria Hall and my dad was able to walk home after the event, which was perfect. They also stayed during Saltaire festival which they really enjoyed. Parking was easy and convenient thanks to a handy permit - which was particularly appreciated over the festival weekend!

We had a lovely stay - the cottage is very well kept, in a perfect location, and is very comfortably equipped. Everything was very clean and welcoming. We appreciated the Host's attention to detail and the little touches like toiletries available and milk in the fridge. Would 100% recommend!
