Stunning Place

The whole ambience of the place was amazing, well equipped and lots of small touches which made such a difference, absolutely an amazing place. Loved it.

The bed...It was way too hard and uncomfortable to sleep in, so didnt get a good night rest. Also bed is too small. Thats the 1 and only thing that let the experience down.

Best Apartments in the UK and mega modern

The staff were absolutely amazing. And the appointment was every single bit as good. Very high standard of apartment. And for the money that wee payed. Don't think there is a better apartment in the UK for the cash . Actually going back again in a few weeks. So says it all really

Stayed here last night for my husband’s birthday. We were greeted and taken into the office where he went through everything and took copies of our ID (extremely professional) he then gave us the keys to our apartment. Wow it was immaculate, the lighting is amazing throughout, has everything you will need for a lovely relaxing break. The hot tub is a massive added bonus and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The host went the extra mile sending us recommended food places for takeaway and to eat out, a video explaining how everything works in the apartment, which was fantastic. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back! Thanks again! See less

Excellent experience in a lovely room and great owners!

Everything was clean, spotless and looked the part. Very nice room and everything worked perfectly. The sound system and the jacuzzi were some of the highlights of the room. The host was fast with responses and answered quick and helped with requests.

The netflix didn’t work on the jacuzzi’s TV, I’m sure the host would have helped to solve this if I had asked them though.

We booked Optimal for our anniversary weekend. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight, perfect for winding down in the evenings. The location was spot on, close to everything but still peaceful. The host was really accommodating and made everything super easy from start to finish. Overall, a comfortable and stress-free stay. We’d definitely come back again.

This was an exceptional property, spotlessly clean in a great location opposite a park and art gallery . The hot tub was lovely. Hi tech facilities, surround sound speakers, lighting. It had all the toiletries you need , lots of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Comfy beds and a great host

Perfect!

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday. It’s a beautiful apartment with outstanding decor. Jacuzzi was so relaxing and refreshing. Clean, tidy with everything you need from tea/coffee/hot chocolate and even sweeteners. TV and sound system was brilliant, even had Netflix! Towels and bedding were clean and smelt fresh. Great location and Bobsy was very friendly and professional. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Will book again!

WOW where do I start! First of all the apartment was immaculate and beautifully presented. All facilities were high standard and we automatically felt at home. Bobsy who welcomed us was so kind and down to earth he automatically makes you feel so safe and at home and he's genuinely a really canny person. The property is very secure and safe with its cctv and its 24/7 monitored car park. This is definitely an experience and it's so close to food/shops and much more at a more than fair price

Stayed here for my 13 year anniversary. The location was easy to find, private off road parking for your security! Stunning apartment you can tell a lot of thought went into it! Not only did it LOOK amazing it SMELLED amazing too! Lovely informative host who provided a video of everything you needed to know! Communication was top notch! Loved being able to adjust the temperature to my liking and the fan in the bedroom was an awesome addition. Upon checkout my Damage deposit was immediately refunded. I also forgot my handbag which cleaners informed the host who contacted me to let me know! Super appreciated. Really lovely stay it’s everything you could want and more! ☺️

People in other apartments little noisy when they went out the main door and their apartment door was still slamming past 1.30am however this is through no fault of the host whatsoever.

Absolutely beautiful!

Absolutely stunning property, have stayed twice now. Hosts are some of the most lovely and accommodating people I’ve ever met, nothing was an issue for them, any special requests we made was fulfilled with no questions asked. Now the property itself is finished to such a high quality the only disappointing thing was having to go home. Bathroom with the jacuzzi bath was the highlight for us, absolutely recommend! Everything you could need in walking distance, beautiful park right outside the doorstep. 11/10. If you’re looking for a luxurious apartment to stay 100% this is the place for you! Me and my partner had an amazing time here can’t wait to return for our third time!

We stayed in the Presidential Suite and it was wonderfully decorated, the spa bath was a definite highlight! Fully equipped, and easy to get to. Would recommend.
