Royal 2 Bed Room Apartment -Opp Mattuthavai Bus stand Madurai

The facility is good for a family. Ours is a family of 4 and we wanted to stay at one place comfortably. Two AC rooms and two bathrooms with geysers have made our stay comfortable.

An electric kettle with tea, coffee bags, sugar bags and milk powder bags would have been very helpful, as it is an apartment where we could have had our tea and coffee atleast a couple of times without the need to go out even for the beverages. The cost of the facility anyway is not cheap either. So, these things could have been easily arranged without any burden for the provider. While the booking was from 12 noon, we could not get the keys even at 4:30 pm. We should have been informed of the challenge over the phone before our reaching the place.

Room air-conditioned is good, Location is good. Room keeper helped us lot. Overall ok.

Rest room set up is totally uncomfortable. There is lack of space and toiletry gun shoot placed opposite unable to use it properly. Not sure who build such restroom facility in apartment and the property owner still not corrected and kept as it's not sure why they maintaining it. Floor tiles are broken, it's giving noise while we walk on the tiles. No proper maintenance.
