Great location and the lobby staff are very helpful.
Communication with host was poor. We had asked if it was possible to drop off our bags early as we had a busy day outside of Tashkent. Initially the host said 10:00 but then changed it to 11:00. We finally dropped off our bags at 11:45. The host wasn’t there himself but had sent a gormless youth to let us in who spoke no English. The host then said we had to pay in cash immediately and this youth then marched us to the nearest ATM where we had to withdraw 3m SOM. Once in the apartment there were no instructions on how to use things like wifi and the washing machine and there was no guidance on trash disposal.
