Все хорошо, расположение отличное. Комплекс новый, красивый. Сама квартира тоже в нормальном состоянии, были с двумя детьми, младшему было где поползать

Hosts Temur and Babar were very helpful and friendly, always accessible for anything we needed. The apartment is well located, modern, has all the facilities we would want for a short trip.

Расположение отличное. Рядом Ташкент-сити молл, парк с танцующими фонтанами. Квартира большая. Кодовый замок на двери позволил не переживать о количестве и сохранности ключей. Заселение удаленное.
Кодовый замок работает нестабильно. В связи с удаленным заселением и выездом, хозяина квартиры так ни разу и не увидели. Уборка, судя по всему делается номинально. При заезде в одном санузле не было туалетной бумаги, пришлось искать в другом санузле. Вся квартира в целом уже достаточно изношенная. Парковка есть только общественная, которая всегда забита машинами. Припарковаться удавалось далеко не сразу.
