The double bed was very hard so had to use the single ones, a little softer. Everything else superb.

Hands down the best property I have rented in Portugal (and I have stayed in quite a few). Set in a rural village near Mértola, surrounded by beautiful nature and valleys, the house is a real gem. The veranda is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening meal, and the new washing machine, espresso coffee maker, heating/cooling units in every room, and the excellent gas stove all made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. The host was also incredibly friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. I would love to return immediately and stay longer (we only had three nights). The people in the village were friendly and care for the semi-stray but beautiful cats, some of Siamese origin with striking blue eyes (you might want to bring some cat treats if you’re a cat person). The veranda is screened, so no animals come onto it. There are also colourful free-range chickens wandering around the village, along with incredible birdlife, we even spotted a huge golden eagle while driving up to the village.

Localização muito calma. Sítio deslumbrante para quem precisa de descansar sem ruidos nem interferências.

Os copos poderiam ter sido mais bem lavados, pois tinham um pouco de pó. De resto foi tudo muito bom.

Localização. A Casa tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia. Mesmo com o tempo Frio como estava, o AC funciona na perfeição e a Salamandra é excelente para manter toda a casa quentinha

Alguns pequenos pormenores que necessitam de ser reparados na casa. A dificuldade de comunicação com a Anfitriã que demora bastante tempo a responder às perguntas e por vezes nem responde.
