Location, price and they accepted pets. It was quaint. It seemed pretty clean. Bedding and bathroom were good. The proprietress was helpful.

It was a bit musty. The TV needs to be replaced.

Wat a beautiful house. Loved the traditional vibe including the beautiful wooden doors. Room and bathroom were clean. The pool looked inviting though we weren't able to use it due to the weather. Lovely covered patio next to the pool with many birds singing in the morning and evening.

The front door was a bit noisy but I don't think that's an issue as the door itself is also beautiful. Do keep this in mind though as it's a shared kitchen and living area.

Small bathroom no ventilation so causes drain smell and humidity (although we were moved next morning - so thank you) No lighting around pool area at night Limited kitchen cooking sets, we had no pans do use, due to apartment user taking them as they appeared in a cupboard the day they checked out! No kettle No soundproofing and noisy doors & knockers when people.coming and going - this could be rectified easily with buffers and better catches on the doors
