Parking privé très pratique. Situé dans un village très calme. Lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Hôtes très disponibles.

Si on veut "pinailler", on peut conseiller d'utiliser des draps plutôt qu'une couette quand il fait chaud ...

Merveilleux accueil rempli de chaleur et de bienveillance. Le logement est très agréable et décoré avec goût. Le petit déjeuner du lendemain était préparé avec une attention toute particulière, un vrai bonheur.

Accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire avec présentation des lieux détaillée. Belle maison bien équipée, belle chambre. Le bien être des clients est essentiel pour un coût très raisonnable. Continuez ainsi

Village of Saint Sulpice-de-Dunois is beautiful and was a perfect location for us, as our family live in the next village. The property is very well decorated, particularly with the owners artistic flair and a lot of the pieces were made by her. The design of the interior is stunning in places. She is obviously very talented, as shown in a magazine left on the table with an article about her and her work. Parking was directly outside on private land and a small grass area available out the back, as we had a small dog.

Firstly on revisiting the website on booking.com, we have to agree with Olivier in September of 2025, the description of the property is not accurate and does give the impression that you have more freedom in the property than you do, due to other guests and you do not have a private bathroom. We were on the first floor and the bathroom was a shared facility with any other guests that were staying at that time. Breakfast is left in the fridge and it is serve yourself. We did not feel comfortable enough to use the kitchen facilities other than for coffee. We are English and my French is very minimal, with my husband having better knowledge than I. We do try. However, communication is difficult as the owners do not speak any English. Stephane did his best, as did we, but obviously we did not get it right as Catherine burst in the house the late evening indicating we had left some of our things on the side in the kitchen. I would say, neatly but it was obvious they had to be moved. (the front door remains unlocked 24/7). She left as quickly as she had arrived and this made our stay rather uncomfortable. We did not feel welcome from the moment of arrival at Catherine's studio. I put the few things in one of our bags, which I left neatly in the corner of the kitchen - next day I came home to find it in a cupboard. We felt uncomfortable all the time, wondering if we were being checked on when we were out. Came home one day to find a note pinned on the side telling me not to leave a sachet in the sink as it may upset other guests (this was an oversight on leaving for the day). It is a show home, does not give a feeling of home or comfort for us. If you see our personal reviews from places we have stayed on Air B&B, our standards are impeccable. I found it distressing. Spoilt my time there. The rules and facilities of this property need to be made more clear, no matter where you are from. I will not recommend this property and will not return.
