We only stayed for one night, so unfortunately we did not have the chance to fully appreciate all the advantages of the apartment. In any case, the location is excellent, truly just a few steps from the sea and the beaches. The hosts were friendly, extremely kind, and always available to accommodate our requests. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately, the balcony overlooks a busy and rather noisy street. However, it is worth mentioning that the double-glazed windows provide very good sound insulation, so the noise was not disturbing inside the apartment, and we slept very well at night. There is also parking available (which is extremely important along the Ligurian coast!), although it is quite tight and often crowded. After dinner, we ended up parking on a nearby street because the parking area was full.
