A bit farther from tge beach than we expected and we were limited to using the apartment shuttle.
The view was spectacular and the property owner was really nice and helpful.
There weren’t common amenities and conveniences. No waste baskets in bathroom, no sharp knives, no wine bottle opener, no kitchen towels or pot holders. Since we arrived from us we expected these things to be stocked

La vacanza del rancore.
Bergeggi.
Prima dell’arrivo, la signora Elisa ha cercato di farmi pagare due volte le lenzuola, già incluse nella prenotazione, minacciando di cancellare il soggiorno. Il tutto è partito da una richiesta cortese di posticipare il check-in di un’ora, comunque largamente dentro la fascia oraria prevista: tono rigido e risposta negativa, nonostante si risolve facilmente con check in online. Poi è arrivata la richiesta di un bonifico immediato per tassa di soggiorno e lenzuola. Alla mia richiesta di chiarimenti, siamo stati definiti “ospiti non graditi” e minacciati di esclusione a poche ore dall’arrivo. Ho chiamato Booking, che ha confermato che le lenzuola erano incluse e ci ha affidato a un altro referente, che però ci ha fatto pagare le tasse di soggiorno calcolandole in modo scorretto (3 quote a persona per due notti). Non ho voluto discutere per 6 euro, ma ci sono stati rubati. È stata un’esperienza frustrante e surreale: si è cercato in più modi di spremere gli ospiti per pochi euro e in modo irregolare, rovinando l’intero soggiorno. Follia. Certi comportamenti dimostrano il totale fallimento nella vita, come persone e come professionisti.
