Location was very accessible, near the MRT Kamuning station and all the major thoroughfares. Host was really responsive as well and helpful to all our needs. She's one of the most accommodating host we've had so far.
The elevator in the building. It was so hard to go up and down the building because of how long it takes for the elevator to arrive. Out of the 5-6 elevators there, only 2-3 are working during our entire stay :(

the room is good ... aircon works well.. the heat/cold shower works well too ...

The unit is very well set up, and you can tell the owners really thought about guest comfort. We loved the ‘Honesty Store’. Such a nice and handy touch! The owner is also very responsive and always ready to help.
Clearer Wi-Fi details, simpler check-in/out instructions, and a more convenient key pickup/return option would be helpful, since not all guests (especially foreigners) use GCash or have mobile data available.
