    tv - is so so may lines kasi parking - if motor gamit niyo free parking sa 4-6th floor. aircon - di siya malamig at start feel ko need na ng linis pero around 3-4 hours lalamig na

    Location-wise ok sya tlaga ksi andaming katabing resto and cafes na open hnggang madaling araw. Spacious din ung unit which is great ksi nkagalaw kmi ng maayos. Responsive din si unit owner sa queries. Just had to share some reasons why this is a bad review☹️ -First, need ng mahabang pasensya sa pila sa elevator so imbes na mgrelax mas nastress ksi matagal pala waiting time before mkasakay ng elevator -the pool is not clean i mean maliligo kmi khit may kasabayan pang iba bsta sana naman malinaw ung tubig sa pool kaya lang halos hndi na makita ung floor ng pool sa dumi ng water so we ended up returning sa unit nmin which also took some time because of the elevator nga -the unit is not clean. I know we just paid 1500 so we’re not really expecting na it is a luxurious unit but then sana man lang nilinisan ng maayos. The sink is dirty may mga leftovers pa sa ref na tirang coffee and beer The sheets and punda ng unan ay halatang di pinalitan because there are stains tapos may mga buhok buhok pa na natira sa unan☹️ so mga 30 mins kmi nag-disinfect ng things sa loob ng unit. Hope ma-improve pa ksi sayang malawak ung space ng unit. That’s all thankyou!
