Modern Downtown Apt w/ Balcony in Wake Forest!

The property was spacious, beautifully decorated, well stocked, pristine, with incredibly comfortable beds. We had more than enough room for 6 people! Kristina was responsive and helpful and very kind, and even left us a handwritten welcome note. Fabulous all around and would absolutely look to stay again next time we are visiting our Wake Forest family.

Minor observations: The master bedroom door had expanded or needed adjustment, making it extremely difficult to open and close. The front is not accessible at all for someone who cannot handle steps. And while the driveway is nice in that it leads right onto the first floor, the driveway is very narrow for even a small SUV with a precarious looking drop off on one side.

The location was in a nice area. Lots of stores and local stores in the area. The place was clean, and everything was brand new. I enjoyed the space, and atmosphere was very peaceful. Ms. Kristina was an excellent host, and communication was easy and effective. The place had just about everything we needed to make our stay stress free.

The beds could have been more comfortable. It was too hard for my liking. I think adding a memory foam mattress topper would have been heaven! The noise coming from the neighbor's upstairs. Quiet time wasn't so quiet the first night of my stay. It was Christmas eve, so I figured maybe they were preparing things the next day, but it sounded like elephants having a party up there. My last night there it was much quieter.
