We loved staying here. We were in town for a wedding and needed a place for hubby, me, and his parents to stay. We loved this historic home. We were able to relax and wind down in the evenings, but close enough to all the things we needed. The tall shrubbery around the home made us feel secluded and added to the peace. Unfortunately, it rained for most of our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the back yard area, but it looked lovely! The house had everything we needed! It was nice not to have to run to the store first thing like so many VRBO's we have had in the past. Everything was very clean, and things were in places that we could easily find. The bed on the main floor was incredibly comfortable, as was the twin beds updstairs. Our only "surprise" was the steep "step" of the stairs. Handrails made it safe and honestly, we should have expected this with an older home. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area!!!
