Flateli Espronceda 11

El apartamento nos resultó muy cómodo para viajar varios juntos. Tener tres habitaciones y dos baños se agradece mucho, y la distribución permite que cada uno tenga su espacio. La zona nos gustó bastante, con ambiente local, sitios para comer cerca y la playa a un paseo agradable.

La habitación del fondo era un poco más cálida que las demás, pero nada especialmente incómodo.

Très fonctionnel pour notre famille de 5. Deux salles de bain et 3 chambres. Propre. À 5 minutes du métro.

Peut-être mettre un ventilateur dans la chambre du fond car l'air climatisée étant à l'autre bout de l'appartement, il y faisait un peu plus chaud.

Entry via a mobile phone app was convenient, as was the location in relation to the CCIB where we were attending a conference. After figuring out how to access Flateli's separate booking system, contact with the property managers was prompt. We had some service requests which were promptly addressed; however, there were other maintenance items too large to be addressed during out stay which will be mentioned below. The apartment had excellent heating and was serviceable for 2-3 people. Larger groups or families will find the bathroom amenities difficult.

Much of the renovations to the apartment appeared incomplete. There were no rails or hooks in the bathrooms for towels, no soap dishes and ill-fitting doorhandles etc. We were unable to use one of the showers after we discovered using it would flood the apartment. The shower recess was raised and flat with only a curtain to screen the entry meaning water flowed over the edge and out into the apartment and main bedroom (picture provided). There was no drain in the general bathroom floor (of either bathroom - surely a renovation oversight?), requiring use of the towels to absorb the water for removal. There was a new door waiting to be hung inside this bathroom left behind the current door which has likely sustained enough water damage by now to warrant disposal. Water marks on the walls nearby are clearly the result of regular overflow. The seat of one of the plastic wicker chairs was broken and there were stains on the couch. I note that there is a review on booking.com in January 2026 with pictures of these items and they were not fixed by the time we stayed. The door awaiting hanging in the bathroom was also mentioned in a review on AirBnB in October of 2025. I would suggest the property suspend letting this apartment until these items can be addressed properly. Edit: I appear unable to attach photos to this review. I invite the property to contact me for photos of the water exiting the bathroom, filling the hallway and entering the main bedroom. I would also like to note that we were 3 colleagues travelling for business, the review has recorded a solo traveller.
