Huge apartment near NYC, Parking

Apartment was large and spacious; plenty of room for our large family. Lots of sleeping spaces, and we appreciated that there was a washer/dryer. Very clean.

For a family friendly space, we would have appreciated non breakable dishes, especially with a tile floor. There was a lot of confusion over price. The listing made it seem like there was free parking when there wasn’t, and that the cost for the apartment was one price. After reserving, we received a list of policies that not only stated that you did need to pay for parking, but also that you actually pay per person, which made our stay almost twice as much as we had originally thought. Perhaps we missed something somewhere, but we have stayed all over the country and never come across a situation like that before, and if it was in the listing, it wasn’t obvious. That was a big blight on our stay.

The space, the amenities, and the location. The host was very responsive to my queries.

None, except perhaps the couch which may need more tender loving care
