The property is well‑equipped with facilities appropriate for a family stay.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor and does not have an elevator, so guests should plan accordingly. Parking is also quite challenging for anyone unfamiliar with the area, and clearer guidance from the owner would be very helpful, as finding a spot can be time‑consuming. Additionally, the door‑unlocking process needs better explanation; it requires not only entering the password but also following specific steps to operate the lock. Providing detailed instructions would make check‑in much smoother for guests.

Everything about the property was great! Frank was so helpful and willing to give us a hand in anyway he could. He checked up on us multiple times and made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
I had 2 wheelchair users and didn’t realized Apt 4 meant it was on the 4th floor. Totally my fault for not double checking, but Frank was very great about offering his help and offering accommodations.

Todo limpio y bien ubicado. Sus camas súper cómodas, sus sábanas, toallas y cobijas de excelente calidad, al igual que sus colchones. La verdad muy bonito y cómodo.
