The location was absolutely great, very convenient for getting around. The hotel was family-friendly, spotlessly clean, and very well-maintained throughout. The shower and bathroom were excellent with good water pressure and modern fixtures. Everything about the stay was genuinely good. The staff were supportive, friendly, and went out of their way to help.
Even though I checked in late, the room was still being cleaned, so I had to wait a short while. That said, it really wasn't a big issue, just a minor inconvenience.

On entering the room you could smell cigarette smoke and it took some time to get the smell out of the room.

Positiv hervorheben kann ich, dass das Zimmer an sich sehr geräumig war und das Bett bequem. Mit etwas mehr Sauberkeit und Rücksicht auf die Gäste könnte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein.
Leider war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. Im Bad haben wir Kakerlaken entdeckt, auf dem Kissen lagen Haare, und eine der Tassen war offensichtlich nicht richtig gereinigt. Außerdem lag unser Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption, wo sich die Mitarbeiter bis nach 23 Uhr laut unterhalten haben – an Schlaf war da kaum zu denken.
