Great location, quiet street but near to main area. Lovely house, very clean & spacious, modern decor and bathrooms, really comfortable beds. Staff very friendly & helpful. Lovely coffee shop/cafe right next door

It locates in the peaceful and lovely location. Next door is a nice coffee shop. Close the hotel is the house museum of Geoffrey Bawa
Didn’t feel very welcomed when I arrived, stuff seem to be with no interest in people in the low season. Food and drinks are not avaliable at the hotel however there is a menu. Found a cockroach in the bathroom ( well,it’s Asia,it’s okay,I believe).

We had a wonderful stay at Granny's House in Colombo. The property is clean, comfortable, and has a warm, homely atmosphere that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are well maintained, and all the essential amenities are thoughtfully provided. The host, Renu was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with recommendations and anything we needed during our stay. Their hospitality truly made our experience memorable.
