Location was excellent. The pool area was very nice. Parking was included. View of the ocean from the balcony.
Place could use a refresh. The light switch by the door in both bedrooms didn't turn anything on so you had to enter a dark room to turn on a lamp. Lamps need to be updated to have charging outlets. Check out is 10:00 a.m. and most check outs are 11:00 a.m. You have to pay extra to check in before 4:00 p.m.

Location was excellent with ocean side room with a very attractive price point.
Could have used a couple more towels. The keurig did not work when we got their but we worked with it and finally got it to work. Hair dryer in one of the bathrooms did not work, would have been nice to have another arm chair in the living room and a 4th chair on the patio. Should let customers know what check out policy before booking.

Good location. Comfortable.
Master bath toilet did not flush efficiently. I called in and reported it our second day there. No one came during our week long stay. Washer sounded like a jet plane taking off.
