Ocean Front Views Camelot Resort 1011

The view was the best

The room was old dated and not very clean

Loved that the property was right on the beach and right in the middle of all the restaurants and very close to shopping.

The inside of the room was alittle run down. With alittle work it would be in better shape than it was. All in all was very nice stay just needs updated a bit.

I like the how big the room was. Even the bedrooms were good in sizes. Plenty of space for 4 adults and one kid traveling for a dance competition with many suitcases and dances bags.

Not enough silverware and pots and pans and no toaster. If you plan on cooking you will need to get more silverwares and other baking essentials.

The property itself was pretty cool oceanfront and comfortable for my group of 8. The beds were all very stiff but no stains or bugs on the beg so that was good. The pool was great and since the bar outside was closed there is a place right next door maybe 5 steps away that had awesome drinks at a good price. They had an ice machine and the laundry worked pretty well.

My unit had cockroaches honestly it was not great they were crawling around at night so I had alcohol wipes I used to wipe the kitchen counter tops and many came crawling out. I instantly started texting booking where they told me pest control would be out that day. The pest control company lied about coming out. I had to call booking and complain because pest control said that they had came and no one was in the room, but I was in the room at the time. The person I talk to on booking was very responsive and the next morning pest control came and sprayed the unit.. I was still seeing bugs. I went to Walmart and bought roach powder to put in my belongings and I did not take my belongings out.
