A lovely apartment in a great location. While it's a bit of a distance from the port, as I arrived by ferry, there are many buses that you can get to drop you off about 10 min from the apartment. But very close to R.C. Centrale! And it has a lift!! Such a welcome relief. The apartment was clean. Hosts were so easy to communicate with. Self check in was brilliant and the apartment was spotless. Very comfy bed. Nice towels. Kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals and the coffee machine was awesome! So many brekky items were provided. Nice to have a table to sit at to eat meals. Nice balcony, although I didn't spend a lot of time there to make use of it. I had problems with the door lock within a few hours of my arrival, but the host immediately came over and gave me a set of keys, which I truly appreciated. The flat is within walking distance to all the major sights of R.C. so it's a perfect base to explore this city. Would def stay here again.

The kitchen bench space is tiny so preparing brekky/ cooking dinner can be a little tricky, but not a huge problem. There's not much space to place your washing up, so you'll need to dry and put away stuff immediately. The bathroom is small, and to sit on the toilet requires the shower screen to be open, as your knees will need that space. But again, not a massive problem unless you're super tall. The t.v. kept glitching and had troubles connecting to internet, or it was really, really slow/ lagging, so I ended up using my own device to watch Netflix. Hopefully this was a one-off issue.
