Die Wohnung ist großzügig, schön geschnitten und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch das ganze Haus macht einen guten und ruhigen Eindruck und die Lage war wunderbar. Um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt, ein Drogeriemarkt und weitere Geschäfte. Ich habe sehr gerne hier gewohnt und würde wieder dort wohnen.

Die Dusche war nicht im besten Zustand und könnte mal erneuert werden. Zum Berufsverkehr konnte es in der, eigentlich ruhigen, Straße etwas laut werden - bei geschlossenen Fenstern war das aber nicht so schlimm.

After I downloaded the smart home app, it worked very smoothly in order to enter the property. I arrived at the front door at 11:30 p.m. but the street was well lit and there were a few people still out and about. I felt very safe.

I didn't know if I needed to address the trash, but host was very responsive to questions.

Monkey is a very spacious and bright corner unit which is conveniently close to shops and grocery and restaurants. The train station is about a 25 min walk. We enjoyed being close to walk the passigiata in the evening. The elevator was a nice bonus!

We still prefer a personal meeting to receive the key and intro to the unit but maybe that’s just us.

L'appartement est très bien situé dans la ville. Il est facile de se garer dans la zone non payante à proximité immédiate. Depuis l'appartement, on accède en quelques minutes de marche à la plage, la rue commerçante, les musées. L'aéroport est à moins de 15 minutes en voiture. Il y a une supérette à moins de 150m. L'appartement est très agréable et spacieux pour un couple. La décoration lui donne une originalité que l'on ne trouve pas ailleurs. La petite terrasse avec le soleil du matin est un plus, tout comme la baignoire.

Comme je n'ai pas l'habitude de vivre en ville, j'ai été surpris par le réveil de la ville très tôt le matin. Je pense que l'isolation phonique des fenêtres peut être améliorée. Pour autant, ce petit désagrément n'a pas gâché mon séjour dans ce bel appartement.
