Good facilities in the kitchen, it would be easy to cater for a family for a stay of a week or more. The sofas in the livingroom were very comfortable as were the beds. The hosts provided some very homely touches which was appreciated. The accomodation is a short walk into Arbroath town centre along the promenade. There is a large Supermarket very near by which is handy. This is a good base for exploring Angus!

Nothing not to like.

Immaculate caravan. Very homely. Easy to relax in.

Didn't find anything not to like.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better place to relax. The place was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was well-equipped (including a microwave and an air fryer!), beautifully maintained and in a great location, with ASDA, Home Bargains, KFC, McDonald's and other handy shops and restaurants just nearby making it really convenient to grab something and also making it really easy to explore Arbroath. The caravan also included free WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and other streaming services. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and communication was excellent from start to finish. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this caravan home. We would definitely love to come back in the future!

Nothing!

The decor in the lounge was clean and modern, shower was powerful and hot. Modern facilities ie airfryer/coffee machine/slow cooker. Hairdryer and hair straighteners provided in the bedroom. The park was very quiet when we were there, and the owner was very prompt to answer/message with enquiries! Thanks for this 😊

This was advertised as a "lodge" then "chalet" but it was a caravan. The bed was uncomfortable, hard mattress. There was only 1 tiny pot, no microwave dishes to use microwave and the power tripped if you tried to make toast and tea at the same time. Windows in living area did not open but luckily there was an electric fan to cool the air.
