Property was clean and very comfortable! There are typed directions to let you know what you need to do, like how the heat and air conditioning work.
The stairs leading up to the unit are very steep and narrow. I had to take the garbage out myself down those steep stairs.

Location was perfect! Easy 10 min walk to downtown.
Needed a small desk, or tray table for laptop. Lights on nightstands in Bedroom were way too small, when putting on the light they would roll over. Pictures in the rooms were not appropriate. They need to represent Keene, showing pics of Mt. Monadnock and pics of downtown. Pictures of places that are in the area, such as Robin Hood Park, Movie theater, maybe the farmers market on Gilbo Ave. How about the pic on the corner of West St and Main St. where they filmed Jumanji. Or the Muriel's around town. Pictures that guests look at and say "I want to go there or see this." Just a suggestion.
