It was convenient, updated and comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. I didn’t eat at the restaurant that was on the ground floor but the menu looked good. I would highly recommend trying it as most of the restaurants for a full dining experience are pretty mid.
The ice machine was broken and I needed the ice to put in my knee so that wasn’t really great

The hotel was exactly what was needed for our stay, as we were attending a wedding. It was convenient and the staff were helpful. It was a great central location in Keene for the rehearsal dinner. Myself and the kids also enjoyed the pool as the weather was very hot ouside.
There was no kettle for making tea, and no teabags provided. There was only one milk sachet. As an Irish person still on Irish time, I really missed my morning tea in my room!

The beds/mattresses are horrible. Saturday morning my son was in such pain he could barely walk. Saturday night he spent most of the night trying to sleep in the office chair. For the amount of money paid for the room they need to upgrade the beds.
