Evermore Elegance Southbank, Pool, Gym, Sauna!

Great location within walking distance of a Tram, several great cafés, and three grocers (Two IGAs, and a woolies). Neighbours and neighbourhood was nice and quiet, with no loud disturbances. The bedding and pillows were very comfy :)

Location for where I had to go. Nice and clean. Comfortable.

The hassle getting the keys and average information about gaining access. Finding a fault in the property and how to communicate it.

Comfortable with all facilities.

Had to pick up and drop off key at another location. Too far to walk to Southbank centre. Took some time to work out TV. No reception staff.

The apartment itself is fantastic. Good location, spacious and good facilities.

It was incredibly difficult to pick up the keys. I had been travelling all day, it was pouring with rain and it took me 45 minutes to get the keys. I do apologise for getting grumpy, but I was at the end of my tether. The link that was sent to me containing the access code did not work, and it took 2 (international) phone calls to get them to send the access code to my mobile. The cell signal around the pickup location is poor, so it made communication with the company really hard. There are no staff onsite and I found the staff on the phone somewhat unhelpful. They are also based in Queensland, so that added an extra layer of stress trying to sort it all before their office closed. To access the internet, you then have to make an account with the provider and schedule it to be cancelled before you leave to avoid your credit card being charged - none of this was in the orientation information sent through. The blinds in the lounge have no cord to open or close them, meaning that I was unable to open one or close the other. I otherwise really liked the apartment, but it is not worth the hassle of collecting the keys.
