Location
I thought there was going to be a TV in the room. The photos of the room type were misleading. I realised from the mixed pictures of the different double rooms that I probably got the only room without TV. However I checked the list of facilities the room had, and the TV was not mentioned.

Die Lage ganz nah am Bahnhof aber ruhig (wir hatten ein Zimmer Richtung Innenhof) war für uns perfekt. Der Blick in den Innenhof ist zwar nicht sehr einladend, aber wir konnten nachts das Fenster offen lassen. Unklomplizierter check-in und Gepäckaufbewahrung.
Das Personal spricht nicht seht gut deutsch und teilweise auch kein Englisch so dass ich nicht sicher war, ob meine Frage verstanden wurde, aber alle waren bemüht und freundlich.

Sauber und hell und sehr zentral gelegen. Bietet kostenlosen Kaffee an. Freundlicher Service.
Durch einen verrauchten Eingang und dann zwei Stockwerke zu Fuß hochlaufen zu müssen.

El departamento es hermoso, grande y bien ubicado.
No funcionó el agua caliente en toda la estadía (lo resolvieron permitiéndonos bañar en otro depto). El wifi casi que no llega al depto y las TV cableadas tampoco tienen internet. Es un 3 ambientes, pero viene con un solo ventilador. La cocina es hermosa, pero está casi vacía de implementos para cocinar.
