Pros - v close to train station but no noise, full kitchen, hot shower, Nespresso machine, comfortable bed, clean, easy to communicate via WhatsApp at all times. Very close by is an excellent local Turkish bakery from the hotel back door.
Cons - sofa bed v squeaky and not comfortable. There’s no check-in staff and you have to email them for the door code during their working hours before you arrive if not you will not get entry into the building. I arrived 9pm on a Sunday night and panicked as I was travelling with children after a long haul flight into Frankfurt. Thankfully the staff responded over WhatsApp very quickly and got it all sorted in 15mins.

The location was great, right by the train station. Made for getting our luggage back and forth very easy. The room was adequate, basic kitchen, comfortable bed and basic bathroom. The walls were marked up and floors showed wear and tear. If you are looking for a place that has the basics with no concierge then this hits the mark.
