C'est surprenant une adresse pour les clefs, une autre pour le logement effectif, probablement des problèmes d'accords copros.
Après, le logement très bien au niveau déco et autres, mériterait quelques réparations, sceller les toilettes au sol, traces de calcaire, sol, par endroit à revoir (humidité), endroit qui restent bruyant en permanence pat les autres utilisateurs (descentes des eaux usagers et l'extérieur, circulation), mais qui reste très bien situé.
Au final, un bon produit et bon rapport qualité/prix, avec des efforts remarqués de "standing"
