Nothing really although I banged my noggin on the ceiling a couple of times until I learned to duck a little going up the bedroom. Soon learn to duck so not a real problem.

Terrasse agréable, à la belle saison, même si les voisins, des enfants ! peuvent être bruyants... Proximité du centre-ville, 10 MNS à pied, boulangerie/pâtisserie toute proche. Appartement bien équipé et confortable. Réactivité des propriétaires.

...si il y a un petit bémol, ce serais juste une petite odeur de tabac dans la salle d eau, venant peu être d une aération partagé dans l immeuble,mais se restreignant uniquement à la salle d eau, donc aucunement gênante dans l appart

Petit studio pratique. Canapé-lit dans la pièce principale correct. Chambre type mezzanine confortable. Cuisine équipée, notamment d'un grand frigo. Par ses fortes chaleurs, les ventilateurs et le petit climatiseur mis à disposition ont été très appréciés !!! Hôte à l'écoute, merci beaucoup !

Le voisinage est très bruyant, vendredi soir jusqu'à 1h30, samedi soir jusqu'à minuit... La salle de bain, comprenant toilettes, est petite et (du fait de la canicule ?) l'odeur des égouts était perceptible. Nettoyage des équipements de la cuisine à revoir.
