Bedroom was very well appointed with lots of extras like bottled water and a bowl of fruit. The mattress was extremely comfortable and the location was nice and quiet. P. was a very helpful host.

The bathroom is in the throes of being renovated but P promised this was soon being actioned

Very friendly host, water, coke, fruit bowl, chocolates and snacks in recently renovated bedroom.

Bathroom was clean but needs to be modernised, Host is on with this.

The room was ok, lots of complimentary snacks and coffee/ tea. Room was clean comfortable bed

The owner was nice House is being renovated but my room was finished and very comfortable. There was so much complimentary snacks and drinks it was really impressive. The only thing was the tea was awful. Don’t know what brand of teabags it was but not good. About eight cans of Coke, 12 bottles of water loads and loads of snacks. The sheared bathroom is in such bad state of repair I wondered if it even Worked. And there was no hot water the first night I did tell the owner the next morning.as I did not want to trouble them. He reassured me that I was doing something wrong which I found a bit strange because I am a plumber and he said he’d show me how to work the shower lol. I tried all the hot taps and no hot water trust me. But it was working the second night I got there. I got in And use the shower. It worked then at about 9 o’clock. He knocked on my door and woke me up to ask if I needed help with the shower which annoyed me a little bit because I was asleep. From a hard days work . I really don’t like staying in BandB or a room in someone’s house. It’s to personal and invading in someone’s space , i always try and stay somewhere else but had no choice this time round. The door to my room is newly painted in the frame and it was so tight the noise it made when I opened it was shocking and I really tried hard to open it softly. It must’ve woke everyone up in the house. There’s definitely some work to be done to make doors open and close quietly for other guests. And bathroom door,

Patrick is extremely attentive and truly goes out of his way to make sure guests feel comfortable. His kindness and professionalism really stand out. The room is very pleasant, with coffee, tea, drinks, and even fresh fruit available — everything is perfectly arranged. You can genuinely feel that every effort is made to ensure the guest feels welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend it.

The room was lovely and very cosy it was very nicely designed with small touches that made it feel like home with a variety of snacks and different teas etc the man was very polite and a great host would love to stay again

There’s not one thing I could say was a negative

Mr Kelly was a brilliant host,no request was too much trouble. He is very friend and our room was ultra clean and water bottles ,fruit and cakes were replenished on a daily basis. We would highly recommend staying as it was a family orientated environment. We are definately going back.👍

The hosts were exceptionally amazing, very hospitable and willing to attend to my needs. They made my stay so comfortable and enjoyable that I even forgot about my problems!

Just can’t fault it at all, honestly!

Everything was lovely, bed was comfortable and had a variety of drinks and little cakes and biscuits and he was very welcoming.
