Casa Altamira, Stylish 1BR Loft with City Views in Centro

EXCEPTIONAL! My favorite stay in a vacation home ever! The home was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished with higher end appointments and decor than you would expect from a rental home. The king size bed was super comfortable with soft sheets and high end pillows. It was hard to get out of bed! The home has top end appliances, hot water was plentiful with great water pressure, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, and the VIEWS are unmatched! Short walk to city center (maybe 10 minutes) but if you don't feel like taking the steps down, there is a super reliable, honest, and fast taxi service that will come right to your front door and take you anywhere you need to go. If you don't want to walk back to the rental after walking all day, taxis are plentiful and it is about 80 pesos to get you to the front door from centro. The host stocks plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, garbage bags, hair and bath soap, and cleaning supplies. We stayed for over 2 weeks and never ran out. Very generous. The icing on the cake is the floor to ceiling windows with sweeping views over all of SMA though only a short walk away from centro. We enjoyed every morning on either one of the two decks watching the city below with coffee in hand. There is a hill involved of course with these views, but again, taxis are plentiful and very inexpensive. The concierge through booking.com took a grocery list from us and for a reasonable fee, stocked our rental before our arrival with all our requested items (coffee, bread, fruit, wine, etc), so we didn't have to grocery shop for a few days. HIGHLY recommended. A perfect 10!
