Lokalizacja obiektu na wielki plus. Bliskość jeziora oraz cisza i spokój wokół sprawiają, że wypoczynek to sama przyjemność. Apartament jest jasny i zadbany. Salon przestronny, sypialnia bardzo duża, łazienka również. Ręczniki i pościel czyściutkie.

Małym minusem jest piekarnik oraz płyta indukcyjna. W przypadku piekarnika, jego czystość nie była na najwyższym poziomie, tak samo jak czystość blachy oraz kratki. Co do płyty indukcyjnej, wartoby rozważyć umieszczenie instrukcji jej uruchamiania, gdyż nie każdy ma doczynienia z indukcja na co dzień. Dodatkowy minus płyty to fakt, że patelnie nie są z nią kompatybilne i uniemożliwia to korzystanie z nich
