Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami, spokojne osiedle praktycznie w centrum, wszędzie blisko. Czyściutko i przyjemnie.

Nieco zbyt miękki materac na łóżku. Mieszkanie jest na czwartym piętrze w budynku bez windy, co w przypadku sporych bagaży trzeba mieć na uwadze.
