Seaview & City Center - Terrazza Dorotea

It was a great stay! Antonio met us to deliver the keys and directed us to a place close by for parking since the parking spot was not available during our stay. He translated for us and gave us many recommendations for our time in Salerno. The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well in the extreme heat while we were there. The stairs to get to the apartment were a lot, so wouldn’t be great with small children or elderly but our teens were fine with it. It was well worth the view. The location in the historic area of Salerno was just perfect. We were able to walk to so many restaurants, the beach, the ferry and didn’t need the car at all during our stay! We would definitely stay again.

The only thing I would change would be to park outside the historic center since it would have been much cheaper. We didn’t need the car to be so close by and could have just managed the 15 minute walk from the large parking garage just outside the historic center.

A warm welcome from Antonio to a very lovely apartment. Location was great, just a short stroll to the sea, and the view from the terrace was a treat. Super comfy beds, much appreciated air conditioning- the perfect place for a few days in Salerno.

Nothing. We even came to love all the steps to the apartment. You have to do something to balance out all the pizza and gelato, right?

Great location with amazing views of the sea. Fully equipped with everything needed to live comfortably whether it’s cooking, laundry or relaxing. Everything was more than our expectations. Host is an amazingly helpful person ready and willing to help with all your needs.

An amazing stay! Salerno is a fantastic hub but still very low key. We had an easy trip to Capri, Pompeii and smaller towns along the shore.

There are a lot of stairs, while it did not bother us if you are not fit or able you should definitely take this into consideration. The host came to meet us and help us up the stairs which was very kind and helpful.
