It was exactly what I was looking for while traveling for work
If I had to pick SOMETHING, the tvs were a little smaller than I’d like and beneath the couch was a little dirty but I would’ve never noticed if I didn’t drop my phone between the cushions.

Location, appliances
Lots of things need replaced. Dishwasher comes out, dryer door needs to be replaced, living room table broken, sofa bed unstable, sofa needed connecting

The location. It’s a nice, well-kept apartment complex. Our host keeps his 1-bedroom pretty clean. Our host was always very prompt with our requests for extra towels and a couple of small appliances.
The main thing we didn’t like was the fitted sheet on the queen size bed—it would not stay on! The mattress requires a deeper pocketed fitted sheet and I think that will take care of that situation.
Lastly, if the bed was changed out to a king size, I wouldn’t hesitate staying at here again.
