Very disappointed!
The bed, pillows, blanket were dusty with some hair on them. Some hair were on the bathroom sink at well. We didn't even lay on the bed and had to check out 1 day before our booking and rented a different place.

Nice place with the potential to be a great place.
Nice place inside. Not just a room, but a 1 bedroom condo. The bed was comfortable and the shower woas good, with good water pressure. The location was great for attending a concert at the Fishers Event Center.
The owner is a new renter and had a previous tenant do some damage that he was not fully aware of. I spoke with him and he assured me he would addressed the issues. That said, his place is cozy, comfortable, and a great value. It has a lot of potential, and the owner is a nice guy. I want his rental business to succeed. I would definitely stay there again, and I look forward to seeing the improvements he has made.
