Literally, right on the lake. Room was super clean, extra towels. Beds were comfortable. Overall this was a great place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Awesome views. The balcony was great.
Only 2 complaints, the fridge could have been bigger and my plastic chairs on the balcony were broken. Neither 1 of those things took away from my stay tho.

Amazing location with incredible views! Comfy room with good bed and a mini-frig and microwave. The outdoor space was perfect! And the adorable town of Lake City is right outside the door.
I contacted the owner before hand to see if it had access to a kitchen facility. I was told that I had access to a full kitchen with everything from dishes and utensils to a toaster. A correction was sent to me later that said my room had a mini kitchen but still had dishes and toaster. It had neither. If I had known, I would have been happy to bring my own.
More complete photos of the interior and a better amenities list would fix all that.
It didn't just smell clean.... the smell of bleach and cleaners was enough to choke a person! I could barely sleep for the overpowering smell of bleach on the sheets. My eyes burned and turned bright red every time I was in the room.
