I arrived and realized there was no parking lot, no physical person to check you in, and I never received a check-in email with details (possibly as I booked through a 3rd party). I had to find a parking lot over a block and a half away even though I had 4+ bags so lugged them down the busy fully parked street. I then had to call someone to issue an email to help me even access the front door.
The room itself was clean enough and smelled fresh, but the shower curtain was moldy, the ice bucket had definitely not been cleaned and I opened the lid to an overwhelming smell of aging water, and when I used the sink, we only had extremely hot water, no cold making it very uncomfortable. Made the best of it as I appreciated the last minute availability, location, and general quiet hallways. If you like the make your own journey hotel, this is it. I was not fully aware of what I booked beforehand!
