Location, very spacious, beautiful back yard, and very clean.
Small issues all around like some things not working properly. The bathroom doors didn’t close properly - especially the one with the shower. The microwave connection didn’t work, needed to move it down to counter in order to use it. Hot water would suddenly just finish with no warning. It was cold outside and heater would either be too hot or it would not turn on for a long time so the house would be too cold, adjusting the temperature was not easy.
