Location & cleanliness very good. The facilities were very good. Loved the toiletries really lovely touch. The water in the fridge on arrival and indeed snacks also most appreciated. We didn’t find any paperwork recommending restaurants or such in the area but we did find some great spots not far away. Despite what the cons maybe - this property was great for what we needed I would say parts of the outside needs a little TLC but it worked for the few nights for us & the laundry facilities were fabulous supplied wash pods unexpected. I would say I found it a little daunting working out how to turn the heating on or air con on as I say couldn’t find instructions… they may have been there we just didn’t see them.

Being a little picky! Sadly the arrival details photo and instructions sent to us were slightly incorrect, key box was right by the door not opposite the door - really pleased I had an eSIM to travel & could contact booking.com - it’s a little nerve racking trying another key box even when a message comes back from booking .com to do so when the unit is a shared unit accommodation and as we arrived post a very long drive, late evening and day having to message to discover it was another key box was a little frustrating & a little stressful. In the en-suite bedroom the bedside lights weren’t plugged in and although we thought about moving the very comfortable bed - it was not something we wanted to attempt it was a very large heavy bed frame. Wifi would only ever allow 4 devices at one time, if you were taking more than 4 people or more than 4 devices it maybe worth contacting the host to ask about that specific issue we had.

The house was cutely decorated.

The location is rough. You do not have the whole place to yourself. You have noise restrictions from 10p-8a which my kids wake up way before that so that was hard .
