Location and neighborhood were good and easy to access. Places was roomy and Ty was huge.
Carpets were very wrinkled and old and left a feeling that they were dirty. The walls were painted with a flat paint that held every little smudge. The island was not a comfortable place to eat, needs a table. A little updating would go a long ways.

The house is wonderful all three bedrooms were spacious enough for all 5 of my family during our stay. The location is well situated in the middle of a clean neighborhood with little traffic and a peaceful quiet. Nearby is a Sam's club, Walmart, quail springs mall, and many others. We had only one small issue that the owners took care of immediately after being informed.:D my kiddos loved the big comfy couch for our last nights in house movie night!
