Lux Apartment Parking Included

El apartamento está en un edificio antiguo pero la verdad que está genial, muy bonito y no le falta detalle. La ubicación en sí, no está mal, andando unos minutos puedes llegar al centro sin problema. Todo bien equipado, con cocina, cafetera, microondas, dos TVs de pantalla grande, etc, etc. Perfecto!

El parking no está tan cerca pero bueno, si te las arreglas bien puedes descargar en el vado de al lado lo que necesites y después te vas aparcar. En el baño salía un poco de mal olor de las tuberías. El precio es algo elevado pero, en vacaciones y siendo San Sebastián es todo muy caro en general.

Enige aandachtspuntje was de bovenbuurman. Het is wat gehorig.

Källarlägenhet som var nyrenoverad på ett lyxigt (kanske inte 100% stilfullt...) sätt. Tillgång till fri parkering!

Värden framstod som driftig och rolig, men var vid tillfället vi checkade in mer intresserad av fotbolls VM (förståeligt eftersom Spanien spelade just då) än att hjälpa oss komma in i lägenheten.

The apartment is spacious for two people and has a nice modern design. The bedroom windows are overlooked by neighbouring apartments and streets, so you have to be mindful, but it's got all the amenities you need. It is about a 15 minute walk into the centre of town.

1) There was confusion around entry codes when we arrived, which was quite stressful. When we arrived, we were told that the apartment we booked had an issue and we were to go to another apartment downstairs. We opened the door and another couple was already in there! Thankfully they were nice, but they also had the access codes to our apartment (back upstairs, the original one we had booked), which did not make us feel safe. It was a stressful start to the trip, and we have felt uneasy in the apartment throughout our stay, not knowing if someone else has our code and could get into the apartment. This security issue was the biggest problem for us. 2) The parking situation. We were originally given a location to park our car but we had to amend our day plans to move the car to a secondary location with quite short notice. Once we got to the new designated parking spot, it was already in use. This was a frustrating event that impacted our day (on an already short trip). If we had not been in when the lady arrived with the key, I fear it would have been even more stressful. 3) The drains in the bathroom smelt strange, meaning we had to close the door to the bathroom when not in use so as not to make the rest of the apartment smell. 4) The neighbours upstairs are very loud. Every morning between 6:50 - 8:00am, they were moving very loudly upstairs which woke us up. The apartment is not soundproofed and it is very disruptive. 5) The WiFi went out for a whole day and communication around this was very poor. 6) When we raised these issues with the management team, they ignored us and didn't consider any kind of compensation.
