Free Parking Modern Smíchov Apartment With Large Balcony

Es ist eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, perfekt für ein Paar Tage in Prag als Selbstversorger. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet für drei Personen. Selbst Kaffee-Kapseln waren vorhanden. Insgesamt ist das Appartement modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gut war auch, dass wir unseren Hund mitbringen konnten. Über das 7. OG des Hauses hat man direkten Zugang ins Grüne. Der Pkw-Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war super praktisch. So war unser Auto während unseres Aufenthaltes gut und sicher abgestellt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, direkt an einer Tram-Station und in Nähe der Metro. Laut ist es aber nicht. Der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin war gut und sie war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar. Ein bisschen unpraktisch ist, dass man für den Fahrstuhl vom Pkw-Stellplatz in die nächste Ebene laufen muss. Baulich vermutlich nicht zu ändern, aber mit viel Gepäck nicht ganz praktisch.

The apartment is spacious, cozy, and full of light. The location doesn't look like much on the map, but, if you get on the tram which is just outside of the building, you will find yourself in the heart of Prague in 10 minutes. The location also spared us from the noise and agitation of the city. The coffee machine with a generous supply of coffee pods was greatly appreciated!

The only thing I missed was a couple of tablets for the dishwasher, which was thus rendered useless. No big issue though. Michelle would have promptly supplied us with dishwasher tablets had I asked her. The other not so great issue was that we had to take us through the garage for the most convenient way to get in and out of the building even if we had no car. Automatic lighting sometimes had a longer delay, and part of the corridor passed by garbage can room, which could give out some smell occasionally, but the corridor itself was very clean.

A beautiful apartment that felt like home with all household essentials, perfect location very close to groceries and public transport. Owner was lovely and welcoming while checking us in.

General cleaning seemed ok. Floor and washing machine was not clean at all.
